Order Cancellation Policy

At Aohezx, we aim to process orders as quickly as possible so they can be prepared for shipment without unnecessary delay. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.

1. Requesting an Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

To help us process your request more efficiently, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The name used for the order
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The reason for cancellation (optional)

2. Cancellation Timeframe

Orders are usually processed shortly after payment is successfully received.
If your order has not yet entered processing or shipping, we will do our best to assist with your cancellation request.

However, please note:

  • We cannot guarantee that every order can be canceled;
  • Once an order has entered processing, has been packed, or has already been shipped, it usually cannot be canceled.

3. Orders That Have Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If you still wish to return the item after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for return eligibility and instructions.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–7 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. The exact time it takes for the funds to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If an order cannot be canceled because it has already entered processing or shipment, a cancellation refund may not be available.

5. Order Changes

If you need to request changes to your order, such as:

  • Shipping address
  • Contact information
  • Size, color, or style

If your order has not yet entered processing, we will do our best to assist. However, once an order has entered processing or shipment, changes generally cannot be guaranteed.

6. Our Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

To help protect our customers and our business, Aohezx reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, where appropriate and permitted by law, including but not limited to the following situations:

  • Product inventory errors or out-of-stock items
  • Obvious pricing or product information errors
  • Failed or unverified payments
  • Suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or other risks
  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled or that violate applicable policies

If we cancel an order after payment has already been captured, any refund due will be returned to the original payment method.
