1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
3. How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
4. How long does shipping take?
After your order has been shipped, standard delivery usually takes 5–8 business days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by weather, holiday demand, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information.
5. What is your daily order cut-off time?
Our daily order cut-off time is:
5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
Orders placed after this time are usually processed on the next business day.
6. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet entered processing or shipping, we will do our best to assist with your cancellation request.
However, because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that every order can be canceled.

7. Can I change my shipping address or order details?
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to help.
However, once an order has entered processing or shipment, changes generally cannot be guaranteed.

8. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
You can use that tracking information to follow your shipment.
If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days after shipment, please contact us.
9. I did not receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first.
If you still cannot find it, please contact us at info@aohezx.com and include the name and email address used for the order.

15. How do I start a return?

- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason for the return
- Clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
After review, we will send you return instructions.
16. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not guarantee direct exchanges for all items.
If you would like a different size, color, or style, please contact us first.
17. What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@aohezx.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
After review, we may offer a refund, replacement, or another reasonable resolution depending on the situation.
18. How long does a refund take?
Once your refund is approved, it is usually processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
19. Is your business address also your return address?
No. Our listed address is our business mailing address and not a return warehouse address.
If your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions by email.
